What is the Superpower’d program?

The Superpower’d Program is an 8-week program to help you identify and super-charge your “character strengths”, building your confidence and resilience.

How can I get involved?

The program is open to all RMIT Training students from Semester 2, 2022. 

What will I get out of it?

  • Complete a quiz to help you identify your personal character strengths

  • Enjoy free food with every workshop

  • Score a free RMIT tote bag with a bunch of cool stuff inside

  • Create an amazing resume to help you find future work

  • Develop skills to help you be your best

  • Get free barista training or undertake a free Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) course (if you join at least 5 workshops)

Meet Elizabeth Walley

Elizabeth Walley will be your personal Strength Coach during the Superpower’d Program, helping you to discover and make the most of your character strengths.

Elizabeth is an actor, writer and director. She holds a PhD in Playwriting from RMIT University, a Master of Arts, Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Applied Science  in Speech Pathology. 

As a Strengths’ Coach and mentor, Elizabeth utilises her skills as a drama educator and her training around the psychology of communication. Her top three Character Strengths are Critical Thinking, Creativity and Humour. This skillset underpins her coaching practice to ensure the wellbeing of students within a positive, safe space for guided exploration.
