Where to find answers

You may have lots of questions at the start of your course, and you will find many of the answers by talking to our Student Services, located on Level 5.

Student Services can provide information about RMIT Training program fees, program extensions, leave of absence, refunds, program certificates, program advice, and other non-academic matters.

You can also access IT Support on Level 5. IT Support can help you with passwords and logging in to your student resources, Wi-Fi and other connection problems, VPN, downloads and any other IT-related issues.

RMIT Training also offers a range of other support services, including Student Wellbeing, Student Experience and Academic support on Level 12.

The Student Wellbeing team offers free and confidential counselling to students experiencing personal problems. If you need to talk to someone, make an appointment with one of our counsellors.

Making friends and exploring Melbourne is an important part of your overall experience at RMIT Training. The Student Experience team organises activities and events to help you make new friends. You are invited to join our Welcome to Melbourne event to meet other new students. Use the password Melbourne when you register.

Academic Support is here to help students with their language and learning skills.  They offer workshops and one-on-one drop-in sessions for students who would like some extra help with their studies after class.

Our friendly Student Ambassadors are also great resources for any of the questions you might have as a student here at RMIT Training.
