Melbourne is one of the most liveable cities in the world, and there are lots of hidden treasures to explore.

Weekends are a great time to get out and explore Melbourne.

You’ll find great architecture, food and drinks, hidden laneways and so much more!

Cafe culture is big in Melbourne and any local will tell you that we make the best coffee in the world! Here are some of our favourites to get your caffeine hit.

Many of the best places to visit are not in the city centre (CBD), but in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. This is where you’ll find lots of cool cafes, boutique clothing stores, and bustling nightlife. Fitzroy is one such suburb. There are lots of things to do in Fitzroy, so jump on the number 11 tram and hop off  at Brunswick St. Better still, get a bike and ride there!

Melbourne is also renowned for its street art. You don’t have to walk far to find some amazing (and free) art work. Look up, down and around for the best street art in Melbourne.

If you prefer the quieter things in life, consider visiting one of the many parks and gardens around Melbourne. The Royal Botanic Gardens is only a stone’s throw from the city and a wonderful place for a relaxing stroll or picnic.

If you’re able to travel further afield, there are some awesome parks and gardens to visit.
