Sibastian Malouf, Academic Manager for RMIT English Worldwide (REW), has been selected to receive the first RMIT Training Global Future Award in 2012 for his exemplary work on enhancing the reliability of REW assessment.
As a critical component of REW curriculum, assessment must reflect current standards and be produced to the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and consistency. Sibastian has worked to ensure this is always the case, and to provide cogent and valuable advice on assessment and curriculum matters.
Sibastian was nominated not only for his work on assessment, but also for his unfailing support of REW management and teaching staff in terms of assessment delivery and standardising assessment, and for his work over many years to maintain and strengthen partner relationships.
Throughout his work, he has been noted as an excellent role model who demonstrates the RMIT training values, particularly innovation, as he always seeks ways to improve the efficacy and delivery of assessment and curriculum.
His nomination also highlights his high level of competency, expertise and professionalism.
We congratulate Sibastian on his performance, which makes him a worthy recipient of the RMIT Training Global Future Award.
