RMIT Training would like to warmly congratulate Lindsay Anders for achieving the second Global Future Award for 2012. Lindsay is a well-known face throughout RMIT Training, renowned for his willingness to cheerfully and capably resolve IT issues.
Consistently receiving positive feedback for his expert efforts, Lindsay has demonstrated excellence in the delivery of his duties since joining RMIT Training in August 2008.
Recently, Lindsay converted all the student laptops in the Melbourne Language Centre to a new operating system. He was nominated for a Global Future Award after getting the new systems working perfectly– as well as his interpersonal qualities and impressive ability to explain IT problems in terms that non IT employees can easily understand!
Lindsay embodies many of the qualities of the RMIT Training Values and Behaviours–embracing industry developments, educating others to improve their professional performance and output, and always working with a sense of urgency. His patience and positivity, coupled with his extensive experience in his area of expertise and the ability to work effectively under pressure, make him a highly deserving recipient of this award.
Through converting the laptops, Lindsay has made an obsolete resource fully viable once again, and RMIT Training would like to thank him for always operating with a focus on continuous improvement of self and system!
